The via 313 Story — From Detroit with Love
Via 313 was born from a deep craving — not just for great food, but for something real. Our founders, brothers Brandon and Zane Hunt, grew up eating Detroit-style pizza in the Motor City and couldn't shake the memory of those crispy, caramelized cheese edges and thick, airy crusts.
When they landed in Austin, Texas, they had one mission: bring authentic via313 Detroit-style pizza to a city hungry for something different. Starting with a single trailer, they built a loyal following slice by slice, proving that great food speaks louder than any billboard.
Today, Via 313 serves our signature Detroit-style pies across multiple locations in United States — still hand-crafted, still honest, and still every bit as delicious as those first slices sold from a little trailer on East 6th Street.

Brothers Brandon and Zane Hunt launch Via 313 from a small food trailer on East 6th Street in Austin, TX. The line wraps around the block on opening night.
